Mute the agent in the live call
Temporarily stops the agent from speaking on the active call. Use this when a human operator needs to take over, listen privately, or prevent the agent from responding while another action is happening. Call /unmute to let the agent speak again.

Indicates whether the request completed successfully. True for successful responses; false for documented error responses.
